13th Annual Western Michigan Liver Round up

Course Description:

New information regarding the medical evaluation of steatotic liver disease, how to evaluate a patient with a liver mass, and the diagnosis and management of patients with alcohol liver disease will be reviewed. In addition, an update on the detection and management of minimal hepatic encephalopathy, GI bleeding in patients with cirrhosis, and how we can collectively increase the organ donor supply in Michigan will be provided.

Navigator Conference

Course Description:

 This course offers an opportunity for participants to engage in learning related to oncology patient care. This includes providing participants with new resources and strategies for effective navigation. Participants will learn about current trends and best practices for oncology navigation, carido-oncology, intergrative medicine & naturaopathy in cancer care, financial navigation, the navigators role in emtional health, and how humor helps coping in grief as providers.
